Terms and Conditions

      -         All prices reflect FOB East Coast warehouse.

-       A 5% discount is available for full container loads of the fireplaces.

-            A 50% deposit and a purchase order submitted on company letterhead are required to 

        begin fabrication of these items.

-          The remaining 50% must be secured with a letter of credit, bank guarantee or credit card hold.

-             All fireplaces will be produced within strict accordance of the guidelines offered in

        our drawings or the adaptations supplied by our clients.

-            These fireplaces are designed to fit either a 36” or 42” opening for standard fireplace openings.

-             Stone is a product of nature and will evidence small variations in movement, texture,

        color, fossil content, shading, crystal size, and metal content.

-           These subtle variations are not the responsibility of Cornerstone Marketing Group.
