Confidentiality Agreement

Let it be known that Cornerstone Marketing Group, LLC is furnishing you certain confidential materials whereas you agree to review, examine, inspect and obtain such information solely for the purpose of purchasing material from Cornerstone Marketing Group, LLC and to otherwise hold such proprietary information confidential and secret pursuant to the terms of this agreement. Be it known, that the further reading of this material states your agreement to hold all proprietary information confidential. No copies shall be made with out permission, at the conclusion of said agreement all material shall be returned, all employees, associates, affiliates and representatives are considered bound by this said confidentially agreement. In the event of any breach herein, Cornerstone shall be entitled to injunctive relief as a cumulative and not necessarily successive or exclusive remedy for damages.
